To make an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Brew for 5 minutes and then sweeten as desired. For a sublime and unique flavour, use milk instead of water: place one teabag in 150 ml of boiling milk and brew for 8 minutes.
