To make an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Brew for 3- 5 minutes and then sweeten as desired. The recommended amount is up to 2 teabags with infusion mixture after your main meals. Contains liquorice. People suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
